Individual coaching

The One-to-One coaching journey is designed to bring you from challenge or perceived limitation to deeper insight, freedom, clarity, and creative flow.
We’ll work together through conversation and embodied awareness. A step-wise process brings opening to new perspectives and empowered choice, supporting action aligned with your desired growth. 

Courses

Courses are offered as online independent self-paced learning or cohort group coaching.
Group courses run over a fixed time-frame and have a blended approach, combining self-study and practice with live coaching sessions.

Workshops

In-person immersion workshops offer a deep dive into embodied learning and practice.

FAQs

Coaching aims to create a partnership between client and coach. It creates a safe space where a client can bring what is top of mind or heart into conversation with the intention to bring greater clarity, shift through blockages or obstacles, and make new choices to create change and growth beyond what was thought to be possible.

The coaching journey enables the unfolding of deeper insight, helping the client clarify and re-create what they want in their life – in general or relative to a specific issue - and in the light of their goals, dreams, values and intentions. It is not telling people what to do.

Coaching focuses on the present and future. A coach may work with a client who already has a ‘good’ life, but wants some support to help them make it better still.

Somatic coaching adds the nuance of including embodied awareness with conceptual awareness in the coaching and transformation process.

It makes the process incredibly grounded, real, and relevant to the client’s ‘felt experience’ of life.

This is a course that you join at the same time as a group (your cohort), and there is a specific start and end date.  Each module will be available for you to access in your own time weekly, and there will also be a live group coaching call (via zoom) where the learning module is explored further, and gives the opportunity for Q&A, and live coaching.  It is also a great way to connect with others on the course and stay motivated.

Toni Bold is the founder of SomaFlow, and she is the main presenter on the courses and workshops.  She collaborates with others to bring in special expertise and support to provide everything needed for your optimal learning.

This is a course that you can follow at your own pace.  Each module will include learning videos, worksheets or guidelines for practice that can be downloaded and practiced before the next module.  Once you complete a module the next module becomes available and you can watch whenever you are ready.
